• Why was my order cancelled?

The shoe was either sold in store before online fulfillment and is out of stock or Shopify flagged the order as fraud. Fraudulent Orders are automatically cancelled and refunded. Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to process. If your order was cancelled but was not fraud, reorder with matching shipping/billing address.

• How long does shipping take?

Most orders are prepared for shipping within two (2) business days. We ship all of our products via UPS Ground. If the product is $500+, signature confirmation will be mandatory. Tracking included on all orders.
