Where are you located?
Our flagship store is located at 914 West Broad Street, Richmond, VA 23220. We are open everyday from 11AM - 8PM!
Do you buy sneakers and/or accept trade-in?
We operate as a buy, sell, trade shop! Kicks Boomin is ALWAYS buying whether you have one pair to sell or an entire collection! If you are looking to sell or trade your sneaker or clothing items, please bring them in-store along with a photo ID. We offer both cash on spot or store credit!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are prepared for shipping within two (2) business days. When it has been processed and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Domestic U.S. customers typically receive their purchases within 2-4 business days after dispatch. International customers usually receive their purchases within 7-10 business days after dispatch.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If an item is pre-owned is it the same as in the picture?
The picture on the website for worn items are not of the actual shoe, but a stock image of a deadstock pair. Worn items are priced based on their condition. If vou would like to request pictures of the actual worn pair for sale, you may send a request using our contact form or message us on Instagram @kicksboomin. Please include the name, size, and price of the item(s) you are interested in.
What does NB, PO, VNDS & DS mean?
No Box (NB) - item is missing it's original box/packaging.
Pre-Owned (PO) - item is pre-owned, used condition. *May also be missing some of it's original accessories such as extra laces.
Very Near Deadstock (VNDS) - like new condition, lightly worn.
Deadstock (DS) - brand new condition, never worn.
